• All in-stock orders are processed and shipped within 2–3 business days.

• Items marked PRE-ORDER are not currently in stock and will ship once they arrive at our warehouse. Estimated arrival dates are provided when available but are subject to change by the manufacturer.

• If your order contains both in-stock items and pre-order items, your order will be held and shipped together once all items are available.

• If you would like your in-stock items shipped separately from your pre-order item(s), you must request a split shipment at the time of purchase or by contacting us before your order is processed.

• Customers requesting a split shipment are responsible for any additional shipping charges associated with sending multiple packages.

• Once a pre-order is placed, cancellations may not be possible, as inventory is reserved specifically for you.
