Shipping policy

Thank you for shopping with Bloom West Boutique. Orders over $150 ship FREE Nationwide/APO/FPO. We offer standard and expedited shipping. 

We do not ship overseas, sorry mates!

When can I expect my order?

All orders will be processed within 2-3 business days unless you have an item that is preorder. If you have multiple pieces that are in stock with your PREORDER, You must specify that you want that item shipped separately. Customer is responsible for shipping fee if they decide to split the order. Orders are typically processed same day, however that cannot be guaranteed. Orders with standard shipping will ship via UPS or USPS ground. Once the package has left our facility, there is a 3-7 business day estimated arrival time. While the orders largely arrive within 4-6 days of ordering, we cannot make guarantees on the speed in which UPS or USPS, or FED EX delivers them. We are not responsible for items delayed by UPS or USPS or FED EX! Please note delivery times do not include weekends or holidays. Holiday season shipping: we suggest UPS for delivery

Expedited shipping

Cut off times are 2pm CST for expedited shipping. Overnight only applies to weekdays. 

Bloom West Boutique – Local Pickup Policy

Bloom West Boutique offers free local pickup for online orders.

Once your order is ready, you will receive a “Ready for Pickup” notification email with instructions.

Orders placed after 2:00 PM on Fridays will not be available for pickup until the following Monday.

Orders will be placed in our designated weather-resistant pickup bench located on the front porch. Your order will be labeled with the customer name listed on the order.

Important Pickup Information

• Local pickup is self-serve and contactless.
• Please pick up your order in a timely manner after receiving the pickup notification.
• Bloom West Boutique is not responsible for orders once they have been placed in the designated pickup bin.

By selecting Local Pickup at checkout, the customer agrees that responsibility for the order transfers from Bloom West Boutique to the customer once the order has been placed in the pickup location.

Bloom West Boutique is not liable for lost, stolen, misplaced, or weather-related damage after the order has been placed in the pickup bin.

Bloom West Boutique – Pickup Window Policy

Orders selected for Local Pickup should be collected within 72 hours after the “Ready for Pickup” notification email is sent.

Orders will be placed in the designated weather-resistant pickup bench located on the Bloom West porch pickup area and labeled with the customer’s name.

If you are unable to pick up within the 72-hour window, please contact us in advance so we can make arrangements.

Orders not picked up within the pickup timeframe may be removed from the pickup location and returned to inventory.

Bloom West Boutique is not responsible for items left unclaimed during the pickup window.


Bloom West Boutique – Unclaimed / Abandoned Orders

Orders that are not picked up within 7 days of the Ready for Pickup notification will be considered abandoned.

If an order is abandoned:

• The item(s) may be returned to inventory
• The order may be cancelled at Bloom West Boutique’s discretion

Bloom West Boutique reserves the right to restock items that are not picked up in a reasonable amount of time due to limited inventory and storage space.

Warehouse Access Policy

Bloom West Boutique operates as an online boutique and fulfillment warehouse. For this reason, our warehouse is not open to the public for walk-in shopping or browsing.

Local pickup is a porch pickup service only and is intended strictly for the collection of previously purchased online orders.

During pickup hours, customers will not be permitted to enter the warehouse or knock for assistance, as our team is actively working behind the scenes processing orders, managing inventory, and preparing shipments.

Customers interested in shopping in person may book a VIP Bloom West Customer Experience, which includes a private shopping appointment for a flat rate. Please contact us for availability and booking information at bloomwestboutique@gmail.com
