Refund Policy
Upon receipt of your order, please inspect all items immediately and contact us for any return or exchange requests within 48 hours. All items needs to be returned to us within 7 days of receiving the item. 7 days is well over enough time to try an item on and decide if it fits.
Return Policy
- All returns on unworn, unwashed items with tags still attached are accepted within 7 days on receipt of the item. (Everyone uses the “We were out of town on those 7 days” excuse, no, literally everyone!!)
- Returns WILL NOT be accepted if it has animal hair, smoke or perfume/detergent smells of any kind, stains or visible wear.
- Returns have to be shipped and returned within the 7 day window or return will not be accepted.
- Original receipt must be presented.
- Returns are eligible for store credit ONLY
- Sale/clearance items are NOT eligible for return. They are FINAL SALE!
- Formal/Semi Formal are not eligible for return. They are FINAL SALE!
- Swimwear items are not eligible for return. They are FINAL SALE!
- Holiday Items are not eligible for return or store credit, EXCHANGE ONLY for a different size of the same item if in stock! FINAL SALE!!
- Mardi Gras items are not eligible for return. FINAL SALE! Only allowed exchanges of the SAME ITEM if in stock!
- Game Day is FINAL SALE! Only allowed exchanges of the SAME ITEM if in stock!
- PRE-ORDER ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE! NO EXCEPTIONS!
- All bralettes, handbags, bibles, accessories, jewelry and sale items are all FINAL SALE!
- If returning shoes, you must have original box from purchase and show no wear and tear on the bottom of the shoe.
- All shipping charges (original and return) are the customers responsibility.
- There will be a 20% restocking fee for any orders that are canceled after the online order has been placed.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Our staff is trained to uphold these policies. Please be kind, we are mothers trying to provide for our family. Being rude will not get you your way!
To start a return, please contact us at leslie@shopbloomwest.com, subject line RETURN REQUEST. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how to send your item(s) back to us. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Facebook or Instagram Shoppers Please Note:
If you placed your order through Meta (Facebook and/or Instagram) and begin the return process through their return portal, you need to make sure the email address used to login to your Facebook account is up to date. If you are using an email address from 15+ years ago that you no longer have access to, we won't be able to communicate with you about your return request. Facebook witholds your phone number as well in order to protect your privacy.
If you experience any communication issues while attempting to submit a return request through any social media platforms, please email us directly and include the correct email for communication, as well as your order number and reason for return.
Damages and issues
We buy from reputable companies and bring you ALL of the best brands that we can, but unfortunately, some damages being mass produced cannot be prevented. We stand behind our products as well as the quality! We will always do our best to take care of our customers and will handle all situations fairly, especially when approaching us with understanding and kindness. If you have a damaged or defective item, contact us within 48 hours so we can take care of you right away!
Delays
Please not that shipping delays may occur due to high order volumes, USPS issues, or adverse weather conditions that are beyond our control. Delays are especially common during the holiday season and during periods of severe weather. Bloom West is NOT responsible for these delays. Please choose the appropriate shipping option that meets your timeline with these circumstances considered.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not.
Shipping charges are non-refundable and will not be credited with refund.
